Meet the Chef

Catering Executive Chef Agata Lubas is a passionate and skilled culinary professional with years of experience in creating exceptional dining experiences for events of all sizes. She combines creativity with precision to deliver menus that delight and impress. Throughout her career, Chef Lubas has catered for an impressive spectrum of events, including VIP receptions where attention to detail and impeccable presentation are paramount. At the same time, she brings the same level of passion and creativity to casual functions, ensuring every guest feels valued and every meal exceeds expectations.

Chef Lubas is dedicated to sourcing the freshest ingredients and crafting dishes that reflect both flavor and artistry. Her expertise extends beyond culinary artistry to include event planning collaboration, dietary customization and large-scale logistics, making her a trusted partner for flawless event execution.

Menus

To place an order, contact our catering office between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at 518-442-5986 or catering@albany.com. Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 14 business days prior to your event. While we make every effort to accompany last minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first choice selections can be fulfilled.
